2. What if i placed an order with an incorrect character name?
Contact our online support and send an e-mail to confirm the correct name of your character before your order is delivered. We accept no liability after delivery for any losses caused by the wrong game character name in your order.

4. When I will get my RS coin?
95% of orders are delivered within 5 to 10 minutes. However, if due to some circumstances we were not able to deliver gold within 24 hours, you would be fully refunded. Fortunately, this has never occurred in our practice!
